Songwriters of all levels are invited to a songwriting workshop on Sun. Jan. 19 led by Songwriters at Play producer Steve Key. Participants are welcome to share their own songs, or works in progress, for feedback.
The workshop will be held in the Lounge, from 2-5pm.
$25 per person.

Steve has led songwriting workshops at the Cambria Center for the Arts, Matt's Music in Paso Robles, and Music Motive in San Luis Obispo. He studied with Pat Pattison of the Berklee School of Music, country hit writer Steve Seskin, and Brett Perkins of the Listening Room International Songwriting Retreats.
Steve won the New Folk Songwriting Contest at the Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas, and was honored as a Lifetime Member of the Songwriters Association of Washington DC. He recorded for the Fast Folk label (now part of the Smithsonian). Dozens of his songs have been recorded by other artists, including Grammy winner Kathy Mattea.
