Songwriters at Play host Steve Key shares the stage with popular local musicians Pat Pearson and J. Gavin.

The three singer-songwriters will swap songs and stories, in-the-round Nashville-style. Show runs 2-5pm in the Event Room at Moonstone Cellars in Cambria. Tickets are $25 ($20 for wine club members). Get your tickets online now!

Pat plays in many local bands including Cuesta Ridge, Resination, and Soundhouse. His originals draw on Irish, Country, and Rock styles. He is a beloved music teacher as well. Follow him at https://www.instagram.com/pat_pearson_music/

J. comes from a musical family, and joins his siblings as a member of the Gavin Brothers Band (which often includes his sister too). Steve Key is an award-winning songwriter, performer and recording artist, best known as the writer of "33, 45, 78 (Record Time)" recorded by country music star Kathy Mattea. He recorded for New York's Fast Folk label, which is now part of the Folkways collection at the Smithsonian. His songs have been compared with those of Jim Croce, Don McLean, Harry Chapin, and Steve Earle. As a touring folksinger, Key played the Philadelphia Folk Festival, Canadian folk festivals at Winnipeg and Owen Sound, and three times on the main stage of the Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas.
