Club Pickup Billing: We charge cards for wine club pickups towards the end of the month prior to our official “pickup” month. That means for the February, May, and November shipments, you can expect to be billed at the end of January, April, and October. Specific dates vary depending on the arrival of new releases and other activities that may impact our schedule. Vague enough? Great!
You'll receive an email receipt for one of our ‘Winemaker Selection’ packages based on your chosen wine club when everything is here and ready for pickup. You may adjust your wine selections to your liking when you are here. If you’d like something else that’s not in your pre-charged package, no worries! Treat the charge like a credit towards the wine you want.
Pickup deadlines: There is no deadline for picking up your wines! However, if you wait too long, things may be sold out and you'll have to choose from what is available at the time you collect your wine. If you're worried about missing out on anything, we suggest having your wine shipped or picking it up within a reasonable amount of time! We do not pre-package or hold customized orders for pickup, so please plan accordingly!
Credit Card Charges: Please note that credit card charges are only refundable for 30 days. This is policy with our card processor, and not a deadline we've imposed. Orders over 30 days old that are adjusted with credit due to you will be given in store credit that may be used for any purchase.
